REFUND POLICY

 

This Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) is designed to mitigate financial and legal risks for the STP WORLD LP (No LP3928) and to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CFT) principles as outlined in relevant legislation.

AML/CFT Compliance

The Company reserves the right to unilaterally block your Client office, suspend access to the Company’s Services, cancel a payment application for the Participation Fee, or refund funds if the source of the funds or the Client’s activity raises AML/CFT concerns.

Refund Procedures

The Company may, for valid reasons and if necessary, refund funds paid by the Client through any payment system, including credit/debit cards:

Participation Fee Refunds: Refunds for the Participation Fee will be processed only through the original payment method used by the Client.

Reward Payments: Reward will be paid using the methods specified in the Company’s Client office under the “Withdrawal” section. Payments will be made to the verified details or the details used by the Client when paying the Participation Fee. If additional documentation is required from the Client, the Company is not responsible for any delays.

Third-Party Payments: The Company may cancel the Participation Fee payment or the withdrawal of Reward from the Client’s Account if the Participation Fee is paid by a third party or the Client intends to withdraw funds in the name of a third party. In such cases, the funds received will be transferred back to the original bank details within 7 (seven) banking days or frozen while the reasons for such actions are investigated.

Payment System Downtime: If the payment system is temporarily unavailable, the Company may postpone the refund of the Participation Fee until the payment system is operational again.

Commission Fees: The Company may, but is not obligated to, charge the Client an additional commission incurred by the Company when processing the Participation Fee refund.

Client Responsibilities

When paying the Participation Fee from a bank card, the Client agrees not to submit a refund request to the bank or credit/debit card provider after the payment has been made, either during or after the completion of the Company’s Services. The Service is considered rendered if the Client has made at least one transaction on the demo Account or 5 banking days after the Company has activated the Funded Stars Challenge Service. If the Company receives a request to refund the Participation Fee, the Company reserves the right to block access to the Client office and terminate the Agreement with the Client without any financial compensation.

Misuse of Services

If the Company determines that the Client’s actions are inappropriate or contrary to the intended use of the Company’s Services, with direct or indirect, illegal, or bad faith intent, the Company has the right to act within the scope of this document without prior notification to the Client.
